Java-Berry Protein Blast: A Nutty Delight Smoothie
Here's the recipe of my favorite smoothie, Java-Berry Protein Blast!Â
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
1 scoop whey protein powder (flavor of your choice)
1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
1 cup frozen fruit (such as mixed berries, banana, or mango)
Optional: Ice cubes for extra thickness, sweetener (such as honey or stevia) if desired
Instructions:
In a blender, add almond milk and brewed coffee.
Add the whey protein powder to the blender.
Add the frozen fruit and peanut powder.
If desired, add ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
Blend on high speed until all the ingredients are well combined and the smoothie reaches a smooth and creamy texture.
Note: Feel free to customize the recipe by using different flavors of whey protein powder or variations of frozen fruit. Adjust the consistency by adding more or less almond milk or ice cubes to your preference.
